Bad Boys' Theresa Randle's ex claims she broke into his home and assaulted him

Bad Boys star Theresa Randle has had a restraining order issued against her after her ex claimed she broke into his house and assaulted him.
Dario Pallini also alleged that it wasn't a one-time offence, stating in documents filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court that the 61-year-old screen star had done so on multiple occasions
Pallini dated Randle up until 2024, but claimed that her harassment continued long after they broke up.
He also alleged that Randle had taken drugs while in his apartment, threatened to shoot him and thrown multiple objects at him in two incidents on 18th May and 1st June 2026.
Pallini, 60, claims that the first incident saw Randle break into his home, and said he woke to the actress standing over his bed.
He said he could "tell she was high", and called the police, but claimed that Randle went on to clean his apartment, threatened to shoot him and struck him with a metal pole.
On the second alleged occasion, Pallini claims he found Randle inside a closet in his apartment - sitting next to his dog and smoking crack cocaine.
He added in his allegations that Randle hit him on his shoulder and struck him on the head by throwing a can of vegetables at him.
A Los Angeles Superior Court judge issued a temporary restraining order to Pallini on 2nd June 2026 - the same day the papers were filed - which lasts up until 23rd June.
At that point, Pallini will appear in court to seek a longer-term or permanent domestic violence restraining order.
This would include an order to Randle not to abuse, according to People, who viewed the legal papers.
The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to People that officers attended Pallini's apartment on 1st June when responding to a domestic violence call.
However, they were unable to confirm whether or not the police were also called on 18th May.
Representatives for Randle have yet to comment on Pallini's allegations.
The alleged incidents come after the actress, who has also appeared in movies including 2003's Bad Boys II and Space Jam, back in 1996, was arrested on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant on 1st March 2026.
She was released two days later due to insufficient evidence, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to Entertainment Weekly at the time.
Randle was also previously detained in October 2024, on suspicion of felony assault.
